How to Use 

The Loveburgh CBD paste comes in a 10ml plastic syringe… No, don’t worry, you don’t inject! Just like oils, the form of consumption is best utilised by placing a small amount of paste under your tongue.

The syringe has 50 markings to guide you with measurement. Each measurement is 0.2ml and contains 20mg of cannabinoids.

If you follow this guideline then there is approximately 50 servings of paste. Each serving can be compared to a small grain of rice.

You can place this serving on the back of your nail or on a spoon to help place it strategically under your tongue. If you are not a fan of the spicy and earthy flavour, you could mix the paste into Peanut Butter and spread onto your toast.
